**Returns and Refunds Policy**

At CeePrinto, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under certain conditions outlined below.

**Eligibility for Returns and Refunds**

We offer returns and a 100% refund in the following situations:

1. **Quality Concerns:** If you receive an order with quality issues or defects in the product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will initiate the return process and issue a full refund upon inspection and confirmation of the issue.

2. **Printing Issue:** In the rare event of a printing error or discrepancy between the product received and the design you approved, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund upon verification of the printing issue.

3. **Late Delivery:** If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase and the delay is not attributable to factors beyond our control, you may be eligible for a return and a full refund.

**Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds**

We do not offer returns and refunds in the following cases:

1. **Change of Mind:** We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind after placing your order or if the product meets the specifications you provided during the order process.

2. **Mistaken Orders:** We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

**Return Process**

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Open a support ticket within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse. Please include the original packing slip with the returned item. Note: You will bare the expenses of returning that item.

3. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
