Yes — COD is supported on every order across Pakistan. The courier collects on delivery; we reconcile and pay out to your bank weekly.
How fast do orders arrive?
Most orders print within 48 hours and deliver in 4–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Worldwide via DHL / FedEx is 9–14 days.
Will my customer see the Ceeprinto brand?
No. Every package ships under your brand — your logo on the polybag, your hangtag, your return address. We’re invisible by design.
What’s the difference between Regular and Premium?
Regular uses 180 GSM blanks, standard packaging, and standard courier — great for high-volume drops. Premium uses 240 GSM heavyweight blanks, branded inserts and hangtags, priority production, and tracked courier — for boutique brands.
What if there’s a print issue?
We reprint and reship the order at no cost. Premium tier adds a free replacement if the buyer just isn’t happy.
Can I integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz?
Yes to all three. Connect in under 4 minutes. We also have a REST API for custom builds.
How does support work?
WhatsApp, 9 am–9 pm PKT, 7 days a week. Under 15-min average reply. Premium sellers get a named account manager.
Is there any monthly fee?
